What is a C-P-PTM engagement?

A Compete-Protect-PerformTM (C-P-P) engagement is the most comprehensive vehicle offered by SDS for positioning the client organization and its leadership at a measurable advantage relative to its competitors.  The underlying premise of C-P-P is that successful executives are passionate about maximizing their business’ competitiveness, while protecting their investments and improving performance.  This premise is measured in the business world in terms of sustainable growth, shareholder value, profitability, market share and other performance specific factors.  Similarly, the military services measure it in terms of their ability to carry out assigned missions, meet objectives and, when at war, emerging victorious with minimal losses in material and personnel.

Since 1989, SDS has been researching methods for delivering solutions faster and with greater quality. Our research involved a variety of tools and strategies, which initially focused on rapid development of software and databases.
